How do you keep cats off your garden?

     If you get a CLEAR plastic bottle and cut off one side so that you can put water in it and place it on the garden you will have cracked it.</p>

    We had the same problem and a firend told us to do this (which we did (sceptically!)) and now we have no cats, but the birds love preening themselves in the water in the bottles. </p>

    that's the thoery but if you cut a hollow out of one side, it does the same trick and the birds get a bath to-boot!
