I stand by my 'Moron' shout as you do not have appeared to have taken on board my sentiments... oh and by the way could you explain your statement .. " That's rich coming from you"
and you sir are the most intelligent person in the world I think also your right arm/hand will be very well muscled too, as it so obviously very well used
Have you been drinking? Why does it matter how much somebody earns? And yeah I think the original comment relating to him was harsh. By the way I don't particularly like Sterling, but I did see a great deal of potential when he was at Liverpool, he's regressed since but as he's young he still could become an important player for England. If he earns £100 per week or £100,000 per week it makes no difference.
No one rates Sterling currently & that's probably fair. I'll predict that by the next World Cup he'll be much improved & no one will object to him been in the team. Guardiola will work his magic
Re: I stand by my 'Moron' shout We really do have to draw pictures for you to understand anything don't we. I can't be arsed with somebody who jumps into a thread, clearly has no grasp of the subject and then resorts to calling people morons.
Re: what a totally idiot statement I'm with Dragon Tyke on this one. The important thing is ancestry not place of birth. Someone born say in Jamaica to Yorkshire born parent would not claim to be Jamaican - they would claim to be English.
Re: what a totally idiot statement Sterling's ancestry is Jamaican. He was born in Jamaica to Jamaican parents. He's Jamaican.
He never mentioned Sterling. For what it's worth I'm with Dragon on this one also. Not the name calling but the ancestry bit. Anyone with parents of a set nationality and born somewhere else has the right to choose what feels right for them. Will be different in all cases depending on upbringing, time spent in country of birth and so on
Re: just explain the statement you have made I think what he's trying to say is you're the biggest moron on the board, yet have called someone else a moron. That's my take on his comment anyway.
Re: just explain the statement you have made Thanks for sticking up for me LD but I'd rather not call him, or anyone else on here, a moron. I'd just prefer not to engage in any kind of debate with someone who comes out with that kind of insult, either in person or in writing. I don't know the man and it is highly unlikely that I will ever meet him. He chose to call me a moron because I had the temerity to criticise a footballer who is clearly not good enough to be wearing the shirt that he is wearing AT THE MOMENT. He might come good, but probably not in this tournament. He might have a storming season next season for City, if he's still there, but he shouldn't be in the team right now. That's just my opinion. I don't think it warrants any kind of abuse.
