    i always remember the quote:

"find a job you love doing, and you'll never have to work a day in your life"

    I'm the opposite.....

The kids are brilliant, yes there are some who are challenging but the kids are, on the whole, great. The paperwork and ticking of boxes is horrendous. Trying to 'squash' kids into boxes as if they are robots, just so they can be ticked off - hate that part. Apart from that I love my job.

    I enjoy it

There are frustrations, and I would like more holidays, but I'm lucky enough to be doing a job I believe in in a good working environment with a supportive boss.

A colleage describes it as the best part-time full-time job ever. </p>

i had to sign on last week

fortunatley got at least a couple of weeks work now.for one it stops me sittin round here being so bored n frustrated i want to smash everything up
for 2 it means i have no chance of being spotted entering/leaving the dole office n being associated with the complete scum that make s up 99% of dole office
    "customers"

so in answer to the origional question.yes i do.but i wouldn't work for nothing if i didn't need the money.

    Not keen

Although occasionally it's decent and rarely is it horrendous so I can't complain. One guy in the office is still working at 70, he loves it that much. So maybe it's just me who's a lazy git.

I thought the point of being self employed was.....

...to do something that you actually want to do?! Not sure how you end up doing a self-employed job which you hate. Just don't show up in the morning mate, it's not like your boss will say owt.

It achieves absolutely nothing doesn't it Liverpool Red.
Hours and hours and hours of pointless paper work, better spent with the kids. As for half a day to complete it all - they're having a laugh. It's like being on a treadmill!
