Season ticket holder and have had one since the 1969/70 season. It doesn't make me a better fan. It doesn't make me more knowledgeable about football. It simply makes me old.

Gone since 1980/81 as a 6 year old. With my dad and grandad. Season ticket since 90/91. My own son with me since 05/06 and he has season ticket too. Both of us watched promotion from third division in our first seasons.

Taken by my dad for the first time in 1988, who was first taken by his dad in the late 60's, who was first taken by his dad in the mid 40's. Pay on the day 1988 til 1994 (which is a lie, as my dad got me in for nowt mainly back in them days), season ticket from then until 2012, before back to paying on the day.

Until the prices get like Leeds', I'll be there whenever possible, God willing.

I mean, if you can put up with last season, still return, then you're there for life aren't you?

I look forward to being in my 70's and talking about how Noble-Lazarus was the best player we ever had.

Go when I get the opportunity. Usually twice a season.

Love the buzz when I do make the visit and meeting up with old friends makes it all worth while.

Barnsley are a great wee club and I don't get all the negativity. Support the club and be proud.

We can all support Liverpool or Man City but TBH it is not the same. C'mon you tykes.

Been a red all my life but only had a couple of season tickets. Last match I went to was Bolton on boxing day. Mainly due to financial reasons I don't go much anymore.

I'm 28. First game was 1993. ST from 1997~2009 when I moved here.

I try to come home from Korea to coincide with at least a home or local away game.

No idea, I'm a Wednesday fan. I've been to Oakwell a couple of times, but it's hardly a big match for us. I just come on here for advice on growing a sixth finger.

You're no less of a fan (no more of one either because you've been going for 53 years, though), however, I do think people who don't go and only listen to player shouldn't comment on player performances, though. Just my opinion.

Ooh! That's lit the touch paper, although I do tend to agree.
