I was just saying that each of the signings referenced fitted the category of “makes sense” in my eyes.

I’m happy with the recruitment defensively this window. That was our major issue anyway. I’m not sure where else we could improve other than replacing replacements (Watters etc) but that would require someone else taking their wages on.

 

With the injuries a new CM would have been nice on a permanent deal.

They were clearly after Byers which would have been excellent but missed out and that happens. Can't moan too much about that, good players like that will always have interest from other sides.

Seems we have one on loan coming in which would add depth.

If I was being picky a new St on loan would have been great and then loan out marsh and some other fringe attackers but I don't have too many complaints about this window. Will never be perfect but can't moan too much.

Not enough done in summer though imo.
