    yeah - it was just my gut feeling at how i felt he came across. I hope hes great and as i said dont want to write the bloke off after his first interview :) that wouldnt be fair at all. It is just the contrasting personalities and a similar feeling i got with morais.

    Probably in for another rollercoatser season. Bring it on. Thats what its all about. Never dull supporting barnsley.

    He changed shape, dynamic and attitude in his short time here. We were unrecognisable to the side that just stayed up, despite the majority of the same personnel being in place.

    Think Val deserves huge credit for last season he had a presence about him a winner with a slight hint of menace . As to how much credit he deserves I’m reminded of the Operatives remark on the Alton Towers Air Ride when I asked him if it would hold my weight , “you’ll find out shortly “
