I quite like when I spot ones on business cars that spell out their business.

Long Story, my name is Phil, and years ago our pub landlord was also called Phil, and that caused confusion when we put our names down on the pool table list so I started to spell my name as Fil, I still use that spelling to this day, quite a few years ago I saw a number plate for sale with the prefix FIL so I bought it as a bit of a laugh, I've still got it. Sad gits r us, but I dunt care.

YQU 1T was one of the best business plates I saw, on a driving instructors car.
