Howard or Leon?

Howard every time. But will we have that option at the start of the season? Leon looks a talented player though and I would like to see him play the central role with Anderson next to him (or Colace if he is as good as his pedigree suggests). Maybe we might even see Colace and Anderson in the middle with Anderson given the free(er) role. At the moment though our central midfield options are looking good.

 

Your best mate, or a guy you spoke to in a pub for a few minutes who seemed a decent sort?

Leon's looked promising in the couple of games he's started in central midfield, but we know Howard performs and does so consistently pretty much all the time. Howard has his weaknesses - and I certainly don't buy into the "we're nothing without him" mentality - but to suggest Leon is a better player on such a small number of showings is insane.

And I have no idea how I managed to get my reply here instead of where I intended it. Ah well.

 

when did Leon play against Leeds?

We only signed him last season.
