The deal still hasnt gone through tho....he's just sat in limbo while Barnsley cotinue to be as difficult as they ossibly can be
Why didn't he go in the summer if bids had been received? Surely the club would have wanted him to go then to maximise their return?</p> And does he not want to team up with Mr McIndoe again or something? (lol) </p>
Yeah thats what any normal club, business would have done. But not Barnsley. They changed their minds like a bunch of spoilt kids all summer. They named prices and when they were met went back on them. Didnt offer a contract to Brian till after all the speculation had happened and he was unsettled. Brought in players on better contracts and pretty much treated him like s#*t. He loved being at Barnsley. If only they had done the right thing and offered the contract he deserved at the end of the season this could all have been avoided...
and the contract they said they would offer! £10M price tag - looking to cash in on lastseasons heroics.</p>
like the vast many who ignore you bungle. Thing is everyone over the last week has either spoke to, seen, knows someone etc regarding brian howard and all hid under a shiney new psuyenum.
Just means you have to be a bit more discerning and sort the wheat from the chaff. Then you can decide who you believe.
bad spelling but strangley enough 'yokel boy' as you called him knew what i mean. Does that suggest you are a bit thick?
To be fair, not being on the same intellectual wavelength as yourself is hardly an argument for someone being a bit thick. <strike>Au contraire</strike>. Quiet tha opersit reely.
im sure brian loves the fact one of his relatives and 'best mates' are making comments under an assumed name on a internet forum monitored by the club.
