    Significant b0llocks

I've convinced 1000% he's not the right man for the job but I'm also 1000% convinced he's probably the best that we can get. Vicious circle.

RE: I am convinced that Simon Davey is not the right manager for us

Certainly do'nt mind being proved wrong and would happily admit it if he did and will continue to support the team in a positive way whatever.
Just think that Saint Simon has been cut a lot more slack than a lot of previous managers despite having more opportunity to strengthen and pursuing a worrying trend of repeating tactics and formations that do not work for us.
The main reason stated by many for keeping him is because we have changed nmanagers too often in the past but why should a history of changing bad managers have any bearing? (it just shows we can't pick a good man) and none of them have gone on to prove we were wrong.
The great cup run is also mentioned with regularity but objectiveley if football was 'fair'Blackpool should have beaten us at Oakwell and if Steele had'nt had the game of his life at Anfield Liverpool would have buried us (especially if some of the early chances had gone in) and although the Chelsea performance was excellent the FA cup has produced many one off performmances like that through the years.
OK that been said I appreciate that football is about opinions and that just happens to be mine.

    Instead of changing the manager

let's change some fans. Starting with the teen racists in the Ponty, the dead people in the East Stand, and all those who booed Michael Chopra.

    I was, mate

In fact, when he was awarded his new contract last December I was over the moon. However, I have changed my opinion due to a number of footballing reasons throughout this calendar year. That does not mean I support, or care about, the club any less than I did before. Nor that I won't give the club/team my full backing tonight, because I will.

You can only be 100% convinced of something.
People who talk about giving 110% or 1000% ate talking rubbish.
    100% is the maximum!

When I was young the bus fares used to be 2p

Then they went up to 5p. By what percentage did the bus fares increase?

an increase of 100% followed immediately by a 25% increase.
Strictly speaking the concept of a % increase should only be used if the incease is 100% or less.
