    Mines normally ok, but today it was showing buy tickets even though I had successfully redeemed the code on Thursday. I had to use the on line support to get the watch now button up. So far so good.

    Yes that's right. When users are able to use Netflix, YouTube, sky TV, now TV, by vision, iPlayer and a myriad of other streaming services without issue but thousands of football fans are having issues with ifollow I think it's obvious that it's user error...

    Who has time to chat in the middle of a match? I'm not even chatting to my son and he's sat in the same room as me.

    Depending on your device, close down other applications, close down any unnecessary browser sessions (each browser page is a different session and very hungry on resources). Also, I know it's a cliche but try rebooting your device, it can solve a lot of issues.

    I could not use it again. That's 2 out of 3 games this season. I'll be calling the club tomorrow
