I genuinely admire Danny Wilson, however,

Thing is he's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't. Chances of 3 young lads with little championship experience between them coming in half way through the season and turning things round are slim I'd say and were not quite at the point where we've nothing to lose . If they're constantly playing in a losing side, and probably getting criticized by short sighted fans, who's to say it won't do them more harm than good. You need a proper plan to get youth players in the team that starts at the beginning of the season and puts some confidence in them. We should have had that at the start of the year and at one point it looked like we did. But then Flicket went about building himself the world's biggest squad and deciding that after 10 mins of first team action Digby had regressed.

We kinda have to leave it to Danny & get behind the team in my opinion.

No problem discussing player performances & call for "A" being selected over "B".

I wasn't in favour of getting Danny back, which isn't to say how much I respect him & think he IS a good manager.

Just, returning heroes run the risk of losing their godlike status. Hence why I could never see Mick coming to manage us. Why should he? He will be on more money at Ipswich, but can still (& rightly so be chanted "Mick McCarthy is a Red").

Danny was never gonna be given much of a honeymoon period in the present circumstances, but I think he his keeping options open & we may yet come good.

Brek Shea is certainly not a good signing, I think Lawrence may play his part, but he is not fit. Jury out on the rest.
