I did like the Labour MP John Healey referring to them as the ‘important people’ though. This opposition just don’t get it.
Little un got to self isolate again for 10 days, borders going to be opened for vast amounts of foreign travel inviting more variants. The rich and privileged being given special treatment. Now that boils my urine, what could possibly go wrong? Once again the average law abiding citizen is hammered by a corrupt government making up rules which benefit them. Here we go again!
Mine have been off school a few times. Didn't bother with the isolation of one member of the household who had no symptoms though, seemed ludicrous.
Utterly detest them. 1 rule for one and 1 rule for the other. If we came in to contact with gilmour we would have to stay home for 10 days regardless of a test. You all watched matt handjobs interview with this morning? Even for a tory his replies were off scale of f1cking clueless. Back to brexit. While they all argued and debated about it in Parliament not once did I hear any of the mutants mention scotland and Northern Ireland until the uproar about the irish sea boarder.
I really want England (or Wales even) to win the Euros, but I dread it being hijacked by the nasty party who would claim all the credit for it. Good things like this lead to an increase in popularity for the party in power which makes me despair of the voting public .
Never heard of daddybeans, DT. But to be fair, when Lady Kaht and I hit town it is not usually for non-alcoholic drinks! On the face of it your message seems reasonable, but should I not go with the outfit that offers the best product for the money, regardless of local/national/international origin?
I wouldn't bother - he's a complete nutcase. His current take on matters is to publish wildly inaccurate figures about people who have died from having a vaccine, then when challenged he'll tell you to "do your own research" and "open your mind".
unlike a chain coffee shop their coffee isnt roasted to cinders to maintain the same taste, their coffee isnt therefore would in the grand scheme of things offer better bang for your buck. There, old George, Cafe Aroma and the little place next to it would do you just fine.
Taken a breather, known as work, for the last couple of days but didn’t want to come across as ignoring this as that would be rude. 100% agree but would add I never got personal on that last exchange. If I ever get personal on the BBS then I’d like to be held account by everyone. Debate and difference of opinion is healthy and enlightening, when engaged in the right way, so let’s stick to that in the future.
Just made the mistake of switching on ignored content to get the context of someone's post. Jesus. North Korea! I live in a country where we're not as far along the route to coming out of lockdown as the UK. Here's my itinerary for today... Have breakfast with stepdaughter home from college and her boyfriend who is staying the weekend. Go to the airbnb I look after to tidy up after the current guests have left. Go to the shops. Go to a sporting event this afternoon. Go out this evening for a meal and a drink with family. At times during this I will have to wash my hands and occasionally wear a bit of cloth over my nose and mouth. North Korea my f***ing backside.
The annoying thing is that I agree, hospitalisations are low enough that restrictions should end which imo shows they should have ended last week when they were low too but people including many on here pushed for an extension
Well I think most would agree the figures are showing deaths are low, and although every one is a tragedy, the reasons for staying with many restrictions are less obvious. Not that it especially affects me, but the data is robust. A few weeks ago, the cases were just starting to increase more aggressively so i think it was prudent to see what the effect was.
