    Racist - far too overused

Being called a racist is all too common and easy today, general comments are made and if they quote colour then you are racist, but everyone is different you have colour, height, weight, baldness. Whats the difference
To call someone a black something doesn't automatically class you as racist, surely its the intent which goes with it.
A referee at football can be called a whole list of names and no-one take a second thought but if you refer to a players colour then outrage. The worlds just gone mad.
By the way i have a very good friend who is black who plays professionally and over the years has had a great deal of stick, but the one he hates most is when i refer to him as a dee daa!

It's clear that your detractors on here don't have to slag you off and call you names. Your names are obvious and appear every time you write.

I bet you were bullied at school.

RE: Racist - far too overused

I haven't read everything Oakwell's posted so I can't comment on this or that post which people found 'offensive' but in general he comes over as someone who ignores the PC madness that has infested our language for years now, and in general I personally respect, even admire such an attitude. He's a bit of an anachronism really, a relic from the days of free speech in this country.
By the way, why is it we so rarely hear about whites in this country being subject to verbal and physical abuse?
