Each to his own...

I'll be there for me 49th season.

The Manager is not the club.

I would still re-new my season ticket if Basil Fawlty was in charge.

I support my team through thick and thin and to base your season ticket decision just on who the manager is, is fickleness of the first degree. To be fair, we can do without such fairweather suppoters so it ain't problem IMHO if you don't re-new. The fact you've posted it on here suggests some attention seeking as well. Grow up pal.

its a fecking forum to post your comments aint it, sometimes i do wonder why i post sometimes after reading some of the stupid comebacks on here

as for been fairweather, well i was waiting for that to crop up how can i be a fairweather fan i have had a season ticket for 19 years been going for near on 24 and travel away on a regualr basis. Just because the current manager gives me no confidence and has got me loosing the love for my club you still want me to chuck my money at it?

infact i aint even gunna reply to this post anymore this is the reason i very rarely come on here as most of the people talk ***** and have rose tinted specs on.

Little quiz for you Heavy D - Re-arrange the following words to make a well known proverb:

'I raw a think I nerve hit have'

As regards supporting BFC for 19 years then what about Leeds? They lost 20,000 fans when they dropped to div 3 when compared to the Prem days. No doubt those 20,000 fans claimed at the time how great they were supporting Leeds all them years................until their demise of course when they are now nowhere to be seen.

We would certainly be the top of the ‘Fickle’ league as supporters go. Indeed ask any other supporter and he will comment on the Fickleness of the Barnsley Supporter. A couple of good games and it is Reds forever and a couple of bad and it’s Davy out. In case anyone does not know what fickle means then how about the following for starters:
Indecisive, inconsistent, changeable, erratic, picky, choosy, nit-picky, fussy, variable and unreliable. Let us get behind them and leave the management issue to the man at the top with the purse strings who must be monitoring the situation and weighing up what we can and who we can afford. We certainly cannot afford to bring in a Messiah at 1 .8 million.

Well don't renew then..that's your choice go to another more successful local club or one in your opinion has a better manager. HE has kept us in this league!

Some of us travel 100 miles plus in each direction each week and will go whoever is in charge..

Our Town. Our Club Our Team! You either support the team or the manager Decide!

on a separate note... i knew somebody once who stopped supporting England because he wanted an English manager (when Sven was first given the job) - he went as far as willing on the opposition to score so Sven would get the sack asap!

    - didn't matter if it was Germany - he wanted england to lose - just because of the manager.

He's got 9 stars, fired has got 6. The problem he has is in about another 20 posts he'll only have 7 stars and fired has got 7 now :D

You'll get your next star in 11 posts when you get to 150. It's just a case of knowing what each star means and adding them up really. You've got a 100 star and a 25. You'll get another 25 at 150.
