Re: Blimey Of course, we both thought Jim Iley was a ****, then years later we realised how much of a decent job he actually did
Re: In all fairness, mate I'm an optimistic, pragmatic clapper. I like Keith Hill, as a manager, a bloke and philosopher. The difficult form reflects the difficult conditions and he is now getting frustrated because he isn't allowed to demonstrate his worth due to operational restrictions. Fact is, we have a motley collection of misfits for a squad and I can't think of anyone other than Keith who can coax enough good performances out of them to keep us up. I think we'll be fine and the miseries will drift off back to their hovels and resume their campaign to bring back hanging, or whatever else it is they get up to when the Reds are winning. Hey MM, I managed to avoid the word 'circumstances' just for you!
Re: Blimey That's fair. We were young kids who thought we had an answer for everything and we were always right. Thank goodness that never happens with today's youth.
Re: In all fairness, mate I will admit, I don't like him, and don't like a lot of the players he's brought in. I'm undecided on whether he should stay or go, but only because someone else will have to work with the rubbish he's brought in.
Re: In all fairness, mate It's the clappy slappers you have to watch out for. They'll give you something to moan about.
