    "Precies" would actually be an appropriate translation for that. There's no exact translation as it's a bit of a saying. An alternative could be "helemaal gelijk" which translates back to "completely right".

    Nice try. It's valid Dutch, but it means something entirely different. It's used for some instances of "there". As in "I'm there" could be "ik ben ter plaatse", although that's not something you would actually say normally. It's sometimes used on the news where they would go to the reporter "ter plaatse" in which case it means "there at the location we're talking about".
