When are you advertising for a groundsman to maintain your estate? I've got garden gloves already.

    Good lad

Not often we get an opportunity to work out what we really want to do wi our careers. Not everyone is as lucky as I have been &
find their true calling early in life. Dont rush into the rat race. Take advantage of the opportunity

Merry Xmas & even more a truly happy & fulfilling 2008

    RE: wise words oldtimer

Old TImer is right Airy . Chill at Christmas and New Year . Work out what you want to do and more importantly what you dont .

Start looking and be prepared for nowt to happen for a month ( this is sometimes hard to get through ). Then everything comes at once .

Average time to get an offer for managers is 3 months .

If you want help with CV, career management e mail me off line .

    Good luck.

hey AIRy there's a good career structure in place - I'm hoping to make scullery maid grade 14 next year

the pay and conditions aren't good though, I've only got 1/2 hour off on Christmas day!

Is self employment an option for you?

    If common decency

Kindness and generosity were all that were required to gain quality employment, you'll find a new job within a week.
