Nardiello starting isn't necessarily the answer

I don't get to as many games as some on here yet I've seen plenty enough when Nardiello has featured to see that yes he has ability and he can finish well, but most of the time he just doesn't seem interested, he's not our saviour as many think, he's good but not great, his abilities vary from those of say Richards, but that's not to say he's a better player. I think we need a new striker who may make Nardiello look at himself and make him, just once, actually work for the cause, run his balls off, and hopefully produce. I just can't see at the moment how Danny is going to make any real difference.

So because people like Nads, Ritchie needs sacking?

    Right. I see.

RE: What can he do Jay!

No, Leeds Tyke, there are really 2 sides to every story. I have heard both!
Please do not be blind for one argument.
I know you admire Ritchie, no one is trying to take that away but seriously he is losing games big style, really he is. We are now rooted in the basement and things need to be changed, even I do not feel, under any circumstances that AR should be offered a lengthy contract
a NEW CONTRACT, it's just not feasible under current circumstances and the Table tells no lies.
I am gutted about all to do with BFC
We are going down that's a cert!

Thats not what i was saying, its a well known fact that nads is the best finisher at the club and he is now fit,
do u see fergy keeping rooney on the bench in an important game??? NO!!
ARs tactical awareness has been shocking lately, every team know what we are going to do and counter it, we, or AR dont know what to do when we come up against it!!
Like i sed, sorry Andy but its time to go!!!

more to the point is whether you are for him or against him there can't another club in the country that would contemplate offering a three year contract to a manager of a team with our record over the last few months

One of the common sentences this season...

"Nads had more chances in x minutes than Hayes/Richards/Wright had all game."

Now, I'm no expert, but if he's half as good as people are making out, I'd have expected at least one of them to have hit the back of the net.

That said, I think we do have to give him a chance 'cos nothing else seems to be working, even if it is like playing with ten men for most of the game when he's on the pitch.

if we offer him a 3 year contract what happens then???
we lose the next 5 games and we sack him? and then it turns into a sheff wed/sturrock situation???
For the sake of the club we all love let AR leave and TRY to bring in someone that could steady the ship and have a chance of keeping the reds in the championship, otherwise we cud be down by january, plus im desperate to beat the leedscum on saturday

Playing good stuff and losing every week...

Is better than playing s*ite and losing every week like every season since Bassett went...

We need signings and we need 'em fast but I'd rather not keep spinning that revolving door to the manager's office...

Having Hayes in the team o flate has been like playing with 10 men though. Zero effort from him. Playing Nads we would only benefit. No effort and no goals from Hayes vs lack of effort and potentially goals. the latter is better IMO.
