Agreed. I've just read this that he posted on another forum:

"Mid week games I don't drink, weekends I go barmy, a typical Saturday away game for me is 8 cans of Stella 4% on train down, between 4&6 pints in pubs before game, a double brandy and a couple of pints in pub after game, and 8 cans of Budweiser on train home, so I'm not condemning people who go and get pissed at games, just wanted to get some idea as to if this is a normal trend up and down the country or just a northern thing, as I say it's a pretty big percentage that do it at our games"

I hope I'm never sat near him on a train to a match.

 

He is so particular as well that it's Stella going and B*d on the way back!

 

Good luck to him doing 8 cans on the way there, and 8 cans on the way back, ont train, when we're away at the Blunts.

Can't say as I'll miss him. I didn't want him banning or owt, but a lot of his stuff is borderline racist and I can't abide that. His abusive stuff is no worse than what a few others post though. I'm guessing it's a ban for a combination of ********.



I do like the odd pillock on here though. Adds to the ambience. Be a bit **** if we all got on.

Tomorrow I'll get a train from Bradford into Leeds. In Leeds, I'll grab a pint in the White Rose or whatever it's called (pub int station). I'll then get train to tarn, before having a couple in tarn. Then into Redfearn's for a couple. And possibly another couple after the game. So 6-7 pints. Spread out nicely.

No idea what compels folk to drink themselves into a stupor at football. Especially now we've a decent side to watch. Even as a young un, I didn't drink the amounts he reckons he does. Can't be good for thi.

 

I'm out in town straight after the game, nowt before. Struggle to watch an entire half without a piss otherwise!
