had to agree with all of that read.I was full up the day I went to Wembley for the Play-offs under Mr Bassett. At the Millenium and the new Wembley too. I have held a season ticket for tens of years up to about 5 years ago, My change of job and distance simply meant it was unfeasable to buy another tiil I retire..in a few years time.I went to Anfield ,JLWBL got me a ticket as then I was not a ST holder.Did I feel a glory hunter , no not at all. I hope the vast majority get to go and especially the "thru all weathers" people. I could ask Kev to get me a ticket to go to The Etihad, I am off that day.BUT I will not as there are others wayyyy up the queue before me. I will make sure I am in front of a Sky Sports tv though. I hope the allocation is presented well and fairly. You mentioned that glory and Barnsley are scarce, well I started in 1961, the glory days we have had heve made me very proud along the way...but there have been times when I have hurt to my soul. But you know I would not want it any different, the fans of the likes of Man Utd, Arsenal ,Chelsea nowadays are so unbalanced. When we get success its the sweetest feeling ever, to them its just another day at the office. Look at how the Liverpool lot are moaning , Arsenal too.Leeds utd oh and the Sheffield massive. We have had many days in the sun , but when it shines for us it feels warmer, brighter and burns much much more fiercely.
