I really feel that we will be relegated and I know that is a pessimistic view

    RE: Tina, we have stability..............

Agree Tykeman, but I felt we needed a Manager with some experience and with charisma and drive. Davey doesn't seem to have any of those attributes. I sat and watched a training session in the indoor arena just before school broke up. I was in there with my film group. Training was like a 'morgue' and there was very little communication between Davey and Kidd and the players.
I came away feeling despondent, but always knew in my heart of hearts that he would get the job.
I was never a Ritchie fan but got behind him, he too was out of his depth in this Division. I have seen a passionless performance down at Leicester, one at Qpr and then yesterday when he failed to motivate the players against our biggest rivals was yet another spinelss game, although luckily I was spared the horror of watching that!
I am not singing and dancing from the rooftops with this appointment but as always will get behind them, but it's hard. This managerial decisipn could cost us dearly. my thoughts on that haven't changed in the slightest from what I posted this morning in an earlier thread
