I REALLY hope Mr Jacob Butterfield or the lad's agent doesn't read this board

Whitey, Ok and my writing skills never held me back at college level either. I did a total course work type course and the only thing that held me back was my inability to say my opinion. Not a clue why you would need to ask about my school life and remember this because i will not talk about it again.

I went to see Celtic a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed with the standard - i've seen much better teams in the championship this year

Rangers will not be signing anyone. They can't afford too as they are looking at administration over a sixty million tax bill. Their fans are also as a rule very bigoted.

Celtic fans are worse and buttercup would get fed up of the splinters.

You use Birmingham as an example of a club the championship should be proud of. They have put back the accounts from the parent company and are forcasting them to be dire. As in could lead into administration

As for mister butterfield his self let's get realistic. He is a young championship player who has a modicum of potential and is starting to realise that and has shown he had the ability to win games and score vital goals.
Yet he can very one dimensional in his play often going for goal rather than playing in a team mate in a better position.
A lot of his good form this season has as much to do with with how Keith hill has set up the team to play as it has with butterfields form. Having the two sitting behind him gives him the space and the freedom to attempt to create as he doesn't have to track back as much. Still lacks a defensive side to his game.
Is butterfield the best attacking midfielder in the championship? Not even close.
For a lot of the season he hasn't even been the best midfielder at barnsley.

You say forum users (plural) have been knocking Butterfields wages. Must be on a deleted thread.

You mention Birmingham as a well run championship club. They had a Summer fire sale and are up to the nackers in debt.

You say Bfc are risking medium to long term damage by playing football for us. wtf?

You suggest Butterfield joins Celtic/Rangers. Explain that one? Rangers debt and why would Celtic want him?

Finally you are (yet again) slagging off some of the clubs supporters. Why?

 

If it was his father or step father making that comment it would have held some weight.
