I'm that sad, I've been out measuring. Varies between 16" and 31" where it's drifted

We already have quite a condensed fixture list so this is just typical. Unless they’ve got people out there clearing it this afternoon, they’ll call it off.

With the forecast suggesting warmer weather by Sunday, it would make more sense to convince the EFL and Plymouth to move the game back a day.

    I say play for 45 + minutes
    Go 4-0 down
Then call the game off because of a giant icicle hanging from the East stand …………………

I hope we don't do an Exeter and second guess what it will be like at 3pm tomorrow. The forecast is snow flurries rest of the day. Freezing overnight as Judith says. A decision has to be made tonight based on roads and walkways.
Although even if the undersoil heating is on, the pitch may be saturated.

Should be postponed today early. It’s a long way for fans to come up and have a wasted journey

If its on I will need to find somewhere else to park as I cant see the Riding for Disabled field being a viable option
Edit thats if I even travel -was planning to come up tonight but may decide to give it a miss depending on the roads later.

Hopefully Ipswich don’t have any international call-ups. We could have a proper fixture pile up if that one gets postponed in a few weeks too.

That’s a great shout. Sadly, i imagine there’s a load of logistical reasons why it won’t happen.

Im sure Bournemouth managed to rearrange a fixture to the next day a few years ago - although I think it was the Premier League.

It just annoys me that they’ll likely end up having to sandwich in another midweek game when it’ll probably be gone by Sunday.

I agree - it is a very sensible answer in terms of our need to get the game played - but I can see it being difficult in terms of staffing/ stewarding/ policing etc.

The big domed shed off the A61 at Smithies where the gritter and snowplough drivers also live for 11 1/2 months of the year. Its like a commune but with overweight, tattooed men as the only members...

Think the club should put some kind of announcement out today to say what the current plan is with a timescale when to expect further guidance so that people can plan accordingly.
