    There's Paul Harsley as well who would probably accompany Clapham as caretakers at first if Hecky were to leave

    If the strategy is working then Clapham would step up with Harsley as his assistant. Devaney would take charge of the U23s with possibly Matt Murray taking the U18s. If Hecky’s leaves I think Nathan Winder and Alex Bailey would leave with him.
    Whichever it pans out it will be a massive disruption sadly.
