Don't you come on here with all that logical sensible stuff !!! agree with it all except....'One Danny Wilson' there I've nailed my colours to the mast. Not for what he has done but for what he can do !
Time for bed, then, and back to norm for me <img src ="http://tastefulcelebs.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/keeley-hazell-08.jpg">
i work in rotherham and know many rotherham fans. their criticisms of robins have been - persisting with unpopular players, constantly playing players out of position. baffling tactics - sound familiar ?
lad in our office is a dyed in the wool miller ... i was trying to wind him up about robbins. he said wasn't bothered as he's not a fan.
RE: You gave Simon Davey a chance to prove himself **** option, not **** manager, his track record is uninspiring and in League 2, at least Davey knew the squad and club when appointed. I'd rather have Darren Moore as player coach than head hunt someone from League 2, it doesn't sound as desperate for one. I was also saying a reason for giving Davey time was that the list of candidates to replace him would be *****, Im hoping to be proved wrong.
They are ***** in YOUR OPINION , thats all. But I agree that we should not be looking at League 2 for a new manager. Paul Jewell is available and has done a good job in similar set ups to BFC. We know there is not a lot of cash, but Cryne has backed Davey over signings and I should expect the new manager will have the same backing.
His stats look pretty inspiring to me He's won 4 league games already this season. Davey only won 4 games since february and getting sacked at the weekend. Last season he won 21 out of 46 games, earning enough points to secure a play-off spot with a team that spent nothing. Rotherhams points deduction for off the field matters is all that stopped his side being in the play-offs. Had davey had the same points deduction last season we would have been relegated half way through the year. He finished 9th the season before and in his first season in charge he was only manager for two months and got over a third of rotherhams entire points total for the season. Above all else he has shown continued improvement in every season he has been in charge. something that can certainly not be said about davey. Is robins the answer? I don't know. can he be as bad as davey? I very much doubt it
Well if it turns out to be a manager from a league below thats had one or two good seasons with lower league players, get ready for a stat attack, cos I'll be here right beside you cocker at 5pm after every game, pouring it on like you have throughout the last 2 and a half years. I said stick with Davey cos his replacement might be worse. Robinswatch. And the rest.
should never have got rid of thatcher for me Ok she was crap as prime minister but we MIGHT have ended up with worse so we should have kept her. People keep trying to get rid of the bnp, i think we should embrace them because the replacements might be worse.
The King is dead long live the King. Unless its Davey replacing Ritchie. Deja vue with a dollup of irony. Get ready.
