    I know, sorry didn't mean to criticize, just stating the law. No offence intended.

    I also don't think the club will need to worry about CT for the foreseeable future. Unless the premier league is attained ;)

    absolutely none taken Dave,a good friend of mine has explained the very complicated details of football clubs finances,most of which were so complicated I can't remember them...but he has been financial troubleshooter at one of Yorkshire's clubs (Not us)and fairly recently fought a case for a top football personality.....most fans would find it very difficult to believe the difficulties and restraints placed on managers by boards who intend to run the club properly.
    He doesn't know the details at Oakwell much,but did say it must be a hell of a balancing act with only 8 or 9000 fans at a 2nd tier club.
