We will be getting a refund if the matches don't happen.

It doesn't quite say that you will definitely get a refund.

If the matches aren't played, I suspect some kind of wheeze will be concocted to induce the purchase of a season ticket for 2020/1, rather than a simple refund.

e.g. £75 wil be knocked off next season's prices if you renew, £50 refund if you don't.

It's not about being greedy or selfish. It's just about doing the right thing at the right time.

Bad example. If I had 90 toilet rolls I’d think I’d won the lottery

    I don't think I would.

Can't stand these owners, but it doesn't do any good imo.

    This is definitely what happens.

But it's not a problem. The Club simply offer the refund and those fans that want to be 'magnanimous' don't take it up. I'll take mine up thanks.

The idea of being offered a reduction in a season ticket i'm not going to renew is plain daft. But again, if the Owners wanted to to show commitment to the Supporters (falls over laughing) they can make that offer to them. Sounds like a good business decision on the face of it; so i wouldn't expect them to make it.
