IF there was a change of ownership at Oakwell, what would they actually own?

    theres been a outline of plans for the queens ground and part of the grove street car park with the planners for months now...
    i know this because i live just up from oakwell.... and there is big objections from the local community towards it

    That is because the club (which Shep owns) owes Cryne somewhere in the

    region of £4m. So anyone else buying the share (only £1, what a bargain!) takes on that debt which currently does not have any interest charged.

    NO. Its because he doesn't own the share, he merely holds it in trust.

    Most of the money owed by the club is to the bank. As I understand it, Mr Cryne is the gaurantor on these loans.
