    it depends on what mean by no barnsley as in never or went bust and closed down, it closed down none i do not belive in second teams i am a barnsley fan and i hate everyone else if never truely do not know always been one for the underdog so some lower league team like if it was now i would be a torquay fan as i live here and they are one hell of an underdog (**** in other words )

    Can't imagine what it would be like but i dont think i could bring myself to support another team. Would probs go and watch the odd game all over the place, make a day of it in different towns. Try and do all 92 grounds then when ive done that shoot myself.</p>

    Depends what you mean

    If they never existed or weren't around when I was a kid - possible Leeds as I liked them as a kid and only got into Barnsley when I wanted to start watching football regularly.

    If you mean had they gone under when in admin the other year - then nobody, might go to watch the odd game now and again in various places but be more a TV spectator I suppose. Probably be more likely to pick up on watching Castleford RL again.

    Then again if there was never a football team in Barnsley perhaps we'd be a rugby league town, so this would be barrnsleyrl.org.uk!

    They were the biggest team of the three (inc. Barnsley & Leeds) when I was brought up in Walton. I supported Barnsley as I was born there, my grandmother lived there, and I'd watched my first match there. There is no way i could support LUFC

    If Barnsley were to go out of existence now, probably AFC Emley, Wakefield or Frickley.
