    and if the original murderer went on to kill multiple more times cos the police had closed a murder case as they thought they'd executed, would that be unlucky

    I didn't say anything about guilt or innocence....Hemsy just said it wouldn't lower the crime rate,all I was pointing out was that no one offends twice
