    Yes. But you would expect to see immediate improvements to our wheeling and dealing.

    It makes the don look good at the minute

    Agree that there now seems to a willingness to improve things. It's a shame it's taken relegation to kick start it...

    Agree that there now seems to be a willingness to improve things....

    You may be right RS. I don't know as yet, I see a willingness to change but whether things are being improved is a judgement at present. Improvement is an outcome and whether it happens remains to be seen. I believe also that every Manager, coach, GM etc at the club previously has tried to improve things - just like the present ones. Their judgements may have been different but their intent was positive imo.

    My biggest issue (judgement) at the moment is what the club does (or doesn't) to develop the relationship with its supporters. It's been poor for years and progression is painfully slow.......
