having experienced their 'attitude' first hand myself, they have been known to 'play the racism card' in order to manipulate a situation. Not saying that this is the case here, but lets reserve judgement until the matter has been investigated. Interesting that one of those players is holding out on signing a contract, wonder what loyalty will be shown to the club if they stand behind him?

The Taxi Driver was driving in an very erratic fashion down country lanes and such... enough so that 2 individuals jumped out at the 1st oppertunity when the taxi was stationary... the 3rd upon trying to get out was injured quite badly...

Thats what I was told from someone close to the people involved.

I would really like to think that is the case and that they didn't do anything. Having been in a Sheff taxi many times, I can understand them wanting to jump out..I would rather walk across broken glass in my bare feet that get in one nowadays!

We were once in a black cab on the way back from sheffield going out penistone way. He kept running over the cats eyes, but I just thought he was a **** driver. Its only when we got out that I was told the reason was he kept falling asleep, but waking up when he went over the cats eyes. I would have jumped out as well if I had known.

I guess that the players would be able to back up that story to the police then quite easily. ie, they got out nowhere near where they wanted to go.
