    RE: I have no idea...

Also, in the summer, he brought Hume, Colace, Moore and El Ham in, with Rigters on loan. Of those, maybe the last 2 aint up to it. Not every signing is going to work, particularly when you're doing it on a budget. Sometimes players take time to adjust. I seem to recall Moore being rubbish for the first few games, now he's most peoples choice alongside Foster. Probably even Davey, who was getting dogs abuse for sticking with him. When you're vindicated in an initially unpopular decision, it does kind of make you stick to your guns when it happens again.

I'd just like to see more people take a balanced view on Davey, and see at least some positives and some credit rather than this he's got to go approach that is the popular view after we lose a game.

All the fans fault again then?

Nowt to do with his attitude and contempt for the fans then? Or some of his bizzare decisions. Mad Tom Williams over David Murphy for one.

    you did

You stated Billy Davies wouldnt come because he wanted £2million to spend....

You said he (SD) hadn't had a budget of £2million...therefore I took this to assume Hume, Mossto and Christensen were all free transfers.

    RE: I have no idea...

Moore was always my first choice. He and Foster are far in excess of Foster and Souza or Moore and Souza. I'll just say Souza and...

I think Davey has made some good signings, he's also made some god awful ones that, and this is where his unpopularity comes from, he sticks with them seemingly no matter what e.g. KO. Contrary to belief, most fans aren't actually devoid of any footballing opinion that makes sense when you remove the obvious emotion from a lot of it.

That and some of the god awful football we play and the often baffaling and one dimensional decisions he makes.

Still, he only has to convince one man and he seems well and truly convinced. Nothing I do or say will change that so all I can do is go and watch the games, support what I see that I like and shake the head at what I don't and hope for some enjoyment along the way.

I cannot be arsed to point out the umpteen sideways conclusions you've jumped to there to make what I wrote fit with your opinion.

You dont like Davey, fair enough.
