Whilst I agree completely with the rest of your post, it now automatically stops the commentary on the previously logged in device and switches to the most recently logged in one.

Haha, Would you believe it, I've just encountered that very same problem !
Managed to sort it, thanks so much.
For once I'm ready to listen, first time in ages.
What a farce and how stressful is this !

Anyone else got a 'watch now' button? It's showing tunnel at the minute, not sure if it will cut out when match starts.

Yes I know :) I've also got a 'watch now' button though and I'm not sure why. I'm in the UK and not using a VPN.

I know this doesn't help as I'm in Germany, but I've got a "Watch Now" button and (for once) it seems to be working. I've had to set the resolution to minimum though, otherwise it just buffers all the time.

What a piss poor system it is. I'm happily sat here breaking the law because ifollow tells me to.

I spoke too soon. I'm sitting in Germany and my internet speed measures at 25Mb. Despite that, the live coverage on iFollow is not watchable. I've had to set my resolution to the lowest possible, which means that the players just look like smudges running about on my screen. Despite that it keeps buffering and stopping all the time. Absolutely useless.

I paid for full season pass. Gave up trying to use it on laptop. Quality was awful. Had no problems with iPad, just can’t get it on to tv. I still have my uk account so put commentary on my phone while watching iPad.

Not sure I will do it again next season

My missus started watching a film on the internet in full HD on a smart TV just before the match started. She's paused it now, in an attempt to get my iFollow video working. How come she can watch a full HD film on the same connection, and the best I can manage is some red and white blobs for a few seconds, then a rotating buffering symbol? It's worse than useless.

Update: I've given up on the video and put the commentary on. Even that keeps buffering. It's crapper than an extremely crap thing.

Not sure it's you breaking the law. The law is against hosting it live to people in the UK, not watching it (I think).

I think it's both of us. They are definitely breaking it but I think technically so are we in the same sense that if you use Kodi to watch a film you are. Not complaining though

Are you trying to watch on a laptop? I gave up with that. It just seemed to freeze constantly every 3 seconds. Streams perfectly on the app on iPad for me

They are breaking some IP law for broadcasting it. Not sure you are.
By the way, next season midweek games will be available to watch as a live stream from fans in the UK

I've been trying on my Windows 10 laptop but given up as described in another post. I've now logged out and tried to use the app on my phone (not got an iPad). My phone is in Germany on Wifi. The app says I need to upgrade my account, despite having paid over £100 for a season pass. After the match I'm going to go out and demolish a block of flats using only my forehead.

It's all you criminals in the UK watching illegally that are clogging up the system for me trying to watch in Germany. Please log out at once.

I think one device is too much of a restriction. I get that they are trying to stop folks sharing an account, but two devices is fairly common these days.
