Still waiting for an actual reply to my email. Sent another email this week asking for a reply. What a crap company to deal with!
I had the same at the beginning of the season. Got to the point where I was sending emails every week asking for any kind of reply until I eventually gave up. Apparently everything is either the clubs fault or Matt's fault. Nothing is the fault of them
Yeah from what I understand the reason they mentioned for the lack of commentary is far from the full story. In fact, the option they gave all the clubs was completely ridiculous and cost a fortune and 60 of the clubs didn't take them up on the crazy solution. Maybe I will script a daily email to them then.
Have emailed the media team at the club to see if they have alternative contacts. It's pretty poor customer service. I assume fans at other clubs are having the same issues. Will speak with the FSF to ask them to raise it.
17 days to get a meaningful reply and it took an email from our Club's media department to prompt that (Thanks guys!). Supposedly, my refund has been processed.
