As I said unfortunately I cannot ignore you but not sure someone taking about a great place to work there have been numerous incidents of bullying and abuse is not me giving a poor impression of myself. Though appreciate not everyone sees misogyny or sexism as important Brewdog docu for people to make their own minds up.
Digging a hole for yourself here though because it is a great place to work in my eyes, and in the eyes of the people I interact with every day. Doesn't mean there haven't been issues in the past and mistakes made, hence me admitting that in an earlier reply to you, but some of these allegations have already been unproven, and were started by people who haven't worked at BrewDog since 2014. Which means basically, my view as someone who interacts with 50/60 different people a week who love their place of work, and 15-200 a year, supported by staff engagement surveys and scores, isn't worth anything vs. former employees from yesteryear? And your response to my opinion of enjoying where I work and who I work with, is to tell me I'm a bully, I support bullying, I encourage bullying, and that I'm a turd on the street that needs to be avoided? Amongst other things. Couple of quick examples; that doc claims the owners never changed their name to Elvis because laws don't allow that, but they based that on English law when Scottish laws are different. Paperwork that proved it was sent in advance but they ran it anyway. They also interviewed people in the US, who claimed they had to manipulate rotas to give women nights off - that has also been disproven by the rotas that were shared with the BBC before they aired and who was in charge of the rotas at the time. There's a lot more that was incorrect, but there's obviously some fair points as well. Thankfully the company has grown from when those instances were reported and is in a far better place, for the benefit of the people who work here now and over the last few years.
Mods have been nothing but great with me. I had a bit of needle with Loko but now I know who he is can't believe I did. Gally was like "sleep it off pal". They could have granted my request with me being a spoilt brat. Thankfully they didn't.
To be honest, I didn't realise Brewdog was that big a firm. Punk IPA is a nice pint & I thought it was pricey because they didn't make that much of it. Support little businesses, said I.. Really need to get out more..
Just catching up on posts whilst away. I'm just glad everyone's put aside their petty arguments for Cunning Stunt. That lasted long didn't it?
Been issues with racism and bullying at my work recently- Chief Exec resigned etc. I'd still describe it as a great place to work despite these horrible things happening in some places. My team and the people I work with are all super nice. For what it's worth, I've always found both Loko and Jimmy two of the better posters on here.
