I'm amazed to come on here and see people having digs at Wilson.

It was a poor, pathetic performance and I would've picked a different team at the start. But that, in my opinion, does not justify calling into question Danny Wilson's abilities as a manager, especially after 18 days in the job. Nor do I assume I know better than an experienced manager (which he is). Just because I don't understand nor agree with the reasons behind his team selections & tactics doesn't mean that reasons don't exist.

Wilson has been left with a very poor squad but his first XI as times over the last few weeks have been odd.

Cranie and Ramage were doing brilliant and finidng their feet together over the last few weeks and to change it looks to be a mistake.

A lot people slag Dawson off but he's one of the better options in a bad bunch of midfielders. Would rather have him then both Perkins and Etuhu in there to be honest.

The only real differences I've noticed with Wilson to both Flitcroft and Hill is that we are willing to boot it to O'Grady and play off him from defence as well as the wingers both wanting to put balls into the box.

Looking forward to the clear out though, whether it's now or summer because they have no hearts or willingness to fight like the end of last season.

We'll go down but hoping we go down with a fight and not like a bunch of disgraceful spoilt little *******s like we've seen with relegated sides over the last few years.

I myself believe Danny Wilson is a good manager and will build up a good team given time although his team selection on Saturday did baffle me.There is no doubt that a significant number of the players at Oakwell are not good enough for the championship or past their best but SOME ARE.Danny will build upon these and slowly improve the side.HOWEVER these things take time and money. Both are in short supply time at Oakwell at the moment and have been for some time.
