Take no notice, above half of posters on here know nothing of football, but it's funny reading the comments they put before us, if you've got an opinion, express it, most of the flak is good natured and said with no malice, as for Ritchie, he's on a learning curve, unfortunately a very short one, miss the playoffs and he's a gonner.

Next season is the real push. Miss it end of next season and then you have a point.

A rational argument for why I think Ritchie is doing a decent job:

We've only lost three league games in the last twenty. We're currently sitting in a play-off spot, which is much better than I expected before the season started. Our results are better than 18 teams in this division, none of whom we have a divine right to be better than. Our results and performances have improved significantly from last season. Ritchie has achieved this on relatively little funds.
Do I think he's perfect? No. Do I think he's made mistakes? Yes. But on the whole, do I think he's doing a decent job? Yes.

I can think of a rational argument for that other thing too if you like.
