I'm sorry but the owners have stung Stendel good and proper.

It was in reference to another poster suggesting Nice fans weren't happy.
    They're top of the league.

Wednesday were top of the league on Tuesday, I dont see your point. Nice fans despise these owners, and they warned us about what they would do.

The ones who left, the ones whove all lect to join "bigger clubs". The ones that were part of the tightest defence in the league, of and the ones who helped us be the 2nd highest scorers in league 1.

The point being they're doing well.
In fact they've been doing better under current ownership than they historically do.
We lost today and I wasn't pleased about it and I believe our recruitment policy needs to include more scope regards age fields.
But I'm not joining in with this kicking the ownership bandwagon.
I know fans go OTT when things are good/bad but it's not my style.
I support the club and we are where we usually are which is lower end of second tier.
There's good and bad things at our club.
But I'm not tearing it to shreds because we've lost a few games.

our club's sole ambition now is to raise money through player sales, we will carry on supporting the club anyway.

People stating these players will get better and telling us to stop worrying....

    Okay.

Shall every fan not turn up till they turn up then?

I think you need to have a quick read up about why the Nice fans gate the owners and then make comparisons to us, it's scary. They're top for now, however they'll finish between 4th and 8th come may, the difference is we know where we will finish and it certainly wont be between 4th and 8th!

Maybe were in different worlds here, but we got taken over by a consortium worth just under 10 billion pounds and whilst we all knew we weren't going g to go crazy, I did expect to see the plan change, but it hasn't. It's gone stale, and you dont have to be a football pundit to know that if you RIP the sline out of a winning side and replace it with unknown players just 2 weeks before the season then you're going to be in trouble.

I like the new lads, you can see theres some talent there. However the club should never have allowed so many players to leave, its football suicide. It reminds me of when spurs sold Bale and they went out and signed 8 new players. They signed class players like Eriksson, Lamela, Lloris etc, and they were awful for 4 or 5 months. They struggled and dropped points to sides on paper who should never have been able to compete with them, but they struggled because they did a complete rebuild.

It takes time no matter how good the players are, the problem is you dont get time, if it takes them another 10 games to get upto speed then odds are were rock bottom with a group of lads who's confidence is shot to bits.

The owners have got it so wrong, weve been let down.

Don’t mean to be awful but I don’t think many of the lads will ever be good enough for this league. Most of them will end up in a Greek 4th tier division or something. Pre season we knew it was bad with the goals we were conceded but we accepted they are friendlies. God knows what happened at the Fulham game.

Like I say Carlisle players looked individually better than majority of ours. I don’t like point scoring but it’s gonna get worse. I really hope I am wrong though and I’ll continue to get behind them at games

Performances like yesterday and Birmingham are a massive alarm call regardless of where we are in the Season. Our start is easy compared to October onwards. If we haven’t got a significant amount of points by then we will be in the *****. I’m not stressed as I expect relegation given that we have dismantled the team and replaced proven players with maybes. A tad despondent but not stressed. It is what it is.

I didnt make use of my season ticket yesterday but for me the performances are worrying but what's just as worrying if not more so is our willingness to sell players with 2 years remaining for peanuts (potts and moore) not only that but to relegation rivals. The only position which looks stronger than last season is the wings, and they have the cheek to call it the best window ever. I hope we still have loads in the bank that's all I can say. Off the field is more of a worry than on it and stendel has been hung out to dry.

Best season ticket sales for 20 years and its turning into a shambles.

Not far off my thought. The main thing for me is that you don’t dismantle your entire defence and expect a new one to gel immediately. As soon as it was obvious that Davies was leaving we should have firmly told pinnock and Lindsay that they were staying. The money we have got from both equates to less than the 6 million we will lose for relegation.

I understand selling Moore but we needed an adequate fit replacement that you would expect to cost more not less than Moore.

Exactly what I said yesterday at half time.

We'll have a good league 1 side next season.

Cant disagree with any of that maybe Conway's intentions were good but looks like a terrible window to me. The moore sale timing was awful the season had already started we had 4 days to find a replacement before the window closed. We look wafer thin in center midfield and up top. A loan until january would have been a better option for a striker but oh well no point dwelling on it now.

I have no issue with us selling the players we did.
But I wish we had recruited a few tried and tested players at this level.
That is where my criticism ends.
I’ll leave it to you and others to go hysterical.

We constantly have threads about players that were fantastic for us then went rapidly downhill when they left. Those players worked at this club and in our system, that’s a proven fact. Doesn’t mean they’re suddenly crap.

Your argument about the club allowing players to leave... These players wanted to leave.. so yeah let's tell em to stuff it cos they are playing for us next season.. You start to create a hostile environment in the dressing room for the manager to have to deal with instead of having players who want to play for us. Telling em that they cannot move only creates a lose lose scenario for all parties involved.. Biggest losers at the end of the day would be the supporters watching either a player who couldn't give too hoops about us winning or losing or the manager having them sit matches out becuase of their attitudes..

Fact is Davies wanted to go, Pinnock wanted to go, Lindsay wanted to go, Moore wanted to go... All with poor/unproven championship experience so, I agree with the philosophy to replace these players..

Kone didnt want to come, neither the Croatian lad you quoted so you move on.. Having said that Kone in particular didnt look all that special in comparison to what we added.

How quickly some people in the stands got on the back of the likes of Sibbicks, Thiams backs with some really harsh comments was out of order..

Thought when Sibbick moved more central, he did a pretty good job, not sure he is cut out for the RB position. William's when he came on was solid.. Thought Green looked decent as well..

1st half, the tempo wasn't good enough, we were a bit too light in the first tackle and generally it wasnt working.. If we had got an early 2nd half goal reckon we could have had them wobbled..

We just need to build on that 2nd half, keep that good tempo.. Maybe take a look st the free agent market depending on injury situation, but with some tinkering we will get there whilst the mercedes players also keep leaking goals or not getting near the 1st team at their new clubs.

    Come on you reds!!!
