I imagine it will be. Surely no one in their right mind would put this kind of legal case against people calling them the opposite gender if they actually were.

If I were her I'd be keeping my cards very close to my chest looking at the combined wealth of those named.

 

Remember it's up to the person accused of defamation to prove that their defamatory comments were factually correct. It's not up to the complainant to prove that they werent

I suppose the defence would be the failed Gender test. Then would that mean details from that test would have to provided? I've no idea even which country such a case would take place in, so maybe they wouldn't.

 

If only she could get apologies from those on message boards actively engaging in the same disgusting rhetoric.

I'm about 80% sure said test never took place. That damned IBA press conference was insane. Everyone present contradicted each other

Then that would come to light. However it may be enough defence for people to believe that it was an issue.
It is fact that Imane Khelif was banned and the reason stated was a failed Gender test.

 

The IBA have refused to make the test results available or confirm where they were performed.. or even exactly what kind of test they were. They did say they were performed at a WADA approved lab. WADA has confirmed their labs don't perform any type of gender test.

I mean seriously, it's a circus

 

Independent tests can still be done.
