Plant some loud people in the stands with some songs that are easy to sing. One of the reasons it’s so quiet is that we barely have any songs, when someone does hit on a genius idea people do seem to generally sing it with gusto over and over again.

Have something that gees people up before kick off. Like it was mentioned above, warm up acts exist for a reason in other types of events, it’s difficult to go from nothing to being loud and excited so anything that gets people animated beforehand will help people feel more comfortable being louder during the match. As someone said above, crap refs get people animated and the noise levels go right up, but it would be nice to have a positive reason instead)

I disagree on the Stendel season, Ponty end was noisy, plenty of singing for him and the players and up the foot ball league we go etc. Absolutely sod all to sing about last season, until.our loanees decided to try to attack and win games!

Sign some exciting players . Some that can run with the ball and take players on .we've had none of that since Hammil left!
Also sort the catering out so we can have a pint at half time. A decent pint also . Guinness would be nice

Under 14’s quid a game in the west stand lower only. Rather have a stand full of screaming kids than empty seats and ball boys scrambling for the ball when it goes out for a throw.

Season Tickets for U14s are £10. What's that, 43p a game or something?

But isn’t that with a paying adult ? Can a kid just buy one on their own?

The pitchside announcer doesnt do enough for me. He should get more involved pre match in warming up the crowd. Get a competition going between East Stand and Ponty to see who can sing the loudest. Shouting "You reds" just before kick off is a cop out. Went to Athletico Madrid a few years ago and they have a cheerleader who gets the fans singing. Maybe we should bring back the bloke (If he's still alive) who used to shout "Gimme a B" response "B,B", Gimme an "A" etc and "Zigger zagger, zigger zagger" reply "Oi,Oi, Oi"

Really ? good old days I used to go in from about ten year old on my own. By the way I have just noticed the junior season ticket has been extended to 14 year olds. Nice move.

how’s about under 16’s and an adult , tenner for them both ? West stand lower only still so they don’t affect my 20 minute queue for a drink at half time?

I'm not talking dancing girls with ppm poms. I mean a bloke at pitchside pre match trying to get the crowd warmed up. Happens on TV and sport all over the place.. Anyway, what's wrong with it being "American" .They know how to put on a good show.

I can't remember which ground it was or how the chant went. But the interaction between the different stands either side of us was class.
