No one wants the manager gone he seems like a bright switched on bloke who will get it right eventually. At the minute we are a long way off making progress doesn't mean we won't or that at the minute we should pretend things are going swimmingly.

 

You could argue that an individuals performance be down to the manager. As well as making appropriate team selections, formations and tactics, it's also his job to motivate and inspire confidence in the players. Players tend to make mistakes when they're low on confidence and over-thinking things.

Ask yourself this ....if you were the ..crew or any teams manager for that matter ravaged with injuries and playing Barnsley, you would instructed them to stay solid put 11 men behind the ball attempt the odd counter attacks just like crew did ....it was nailed on

Why didnt LJ realize this and set up accordingly .....one up front? Played right into their hands
we are too predictable
other managers will set up the same way and we will loose more than we win down to LJ not being flexible
hes drove himself into a corner because of his own stupidity and stubboness
by refusing to change things around and going with a plan b
if he changes now in his mind hes lost the battle has he seems to be pandering to us the fans who are suposed to know **** all about the game.

The difference between a good and bad manager

The Bradford game will in my opinion see bradford set up with 2 wingers who will be told to just run at our defence at every chance they will play with a high defensive line and will be in the faces of our lads every chance they have, which will stiffle our tippy tappy game
whilst i dont like the idea of hoof ball i think on this ocasion some may be needed to exploit the space at the back

ive not seen bradford play bye the way

teams will very quickly learn your style, for those old enough who remember the leeds team of the 60/70s they played a very similar style of football to what LJ is trying to achive, teams who sat back let leeds run riot , teams who played into their faces from the word go gave them a game used the wings and stopped them playing

thats why LJ needs to be more flexible and rotate his game tactics ....go long ball some matches when needed play pass and move others
we then stop being predictable
The bradford game is ideal to try it out and swap things around
Message to LJ even though im one of your biggest critics on here i dont want you to loose your job ....you can do that without my help by being the stubborn little sod ( lol ) you appear to be
