    I think he was referring to himself. He said no idea straight away. In fact, I got the feeling he was totally in the dark/cold at Barnsley. The others (Woods, Frimpong, Paddy) were stood together throughout. Bobby was only with them for my photo opportunity.


    I can only judge him on what I've seen of him. Behind closed doors etc, he may well be a right lovely person. I dunno. So maybe that's why the last three managers have ignored him? It cannot be down to his abilities as a player. Not that I'm saying he's awesome or owt. But whenever he's played (often from nowhere) he's been quality. Not awful, not even close. Actually, quite good. And the lads keeping him out (Kennedy, Dawson, Etuhu, Perkins, Fox, Wiseman, McNulty, M'Voto) etc etc, have all been gash at certain points. So it can't be based on that, can it?

    He must come across to me and many others as a delightful human being, but in the club/dressing room he must be a right basterd.


    Or, the last three managers didn't like him, or, didn't rate him as a footballer.

    KHiller couldn`t have any competition getting in his way could he now.

    He was in the Walkabout on Saturday night with Martin Devaney, they were both quite willing to pose for photo's, chat to fans etc. I had a quick word with Bobby and asked him if he was thinking of returning to Mansfield his reply was "not yet"

    Out of interest, not just to you but others that have made this point in this thread, but how the hell does bobby hassel know what barnsleys budget will be for next season ?

    Fit to play for two months but Wilson would rather stick with the same old ***** that was losing week in week out. Confidence in the manager drained daily :(
