    A few herbs and spices always helps. Then turn down the heat and let it simmer.

    Its around this time you can put your feet up and take some time away, after all its very easy to come back early and check to see if what you put in had the desired effect.

    I am still here fella, but I think there are many who do not like change and therefore shy away from the new format. I at first did not like it, but over the days since it launched I am getting to warm to it more

    Bang on. Think it's good people have differing opinions. The key is to be able to make your point once and respect other right to reply.

    The incessant need to repeat their point of view, every day, on near on every post, from the same 5 or 6 people renders this place rubbish. Have enjoyed it for a good number of years.

    I choose to only read threads started by people who have something of interest to say, which in my opinion isn't something that has been repeated countless times before. Especially bored of the one or two who seem to be experts on the financial workings of a football club. Shame whiteys stopped posting. And Jay. They were two individuals who, whilst I didn't agree with all they had to say, still found interest in what they had to say.
