Leon is a nice player, but

he is nowhere near the class of Howard.

This will be the same leon that replaced howard in the centre of midfield against Watford after the FA semi final and was instrumental in a 3-0 away win. as well as scoring and playing well in the 2-1 away win at preston,

the lad hasn't been given a chance

read "post match reaction" for davey's comments then "just got back from crewe" before you start as someone (like me) who wasn't at the game.

it's a suggestion not a critisicm to start leon in midfield. you really think my one opinion is going to make howards mind up to go??

It makes me laugh when people go on about how good Howard is, if he is that good surely he would have had people after him already??? I am not criticising him but I think people expect too much of Howard and he just a good player that is hyped up by everyone and expected to be awesome every game.

agreed Howard was poor last night, surely if he's as good as some think he should of run the game, instead he just blames players around him. His positioning was poor, as were his first touch and final ball, then again can't be easy carrying Hassell who in my opinion isn't good enough to play in any Barnsley side. I'd love to see a midfield of JCR de silva, leon & hamouir.
