Is it wise to use estate agent mortgage advisor?

    I would suggest, this is where a Broker would come in to it… with contacts who are Solicitors, who can provide independent (free) guidance.

    Understanding the tenancy agreement that’s in place would be a starting point.

    How he positions his plans with a lender could have an impact on products available.
