Is this bit of graffiti i noticed earlier racist?

    Surely you've read it wrong - it refers to...

    Ice creams. The way I see it (and I'm down with the street kids, spraying their 'tags') is that it says </p>

    I love 99'ers referring to the ice cream and chocolate flake taste combo that you get from the ice cream van! Obviously, requesting an ice cream is not racist, hence I love 99'ers is simply a way of requesting a Rocket, cornetto or some other confectionary!</p>

    </p>

    Or I could be mistaken - it's racist!

    ...I agree. Well, for the most part, unless total internal reflection occurs. Which, so I'm told, can be quite painful.

    yes.

    Recently in the House of Lords a Tory peer used the expresion '****** in a woodpile' (not sure in what context).
    However a labour peer objected and called for resignation of thus Tory Peer.
