You get them occasionally when the keeper handles a back pass - in theory you also get them for obstruction but I dont ever remember seeing that given in the box, nor do I remember ever seeing a keeper penalised for the 6 seconds rule
I was wondering if the six second thing was still a rule. Apparently so. A bit like a foul throw which often seem to be missed.
