Is This Like Finding Money In The Street?

A timely reminder seeing as I have just put up today's naps on t'osses!

When you consider that Donny beat us by five points, those winnable home games against very poor Donny, Wednesday and Yeovil sides (which we somehow managed to turn into draws) cost us - both on the bet and interms of our relegation. A finish above Donny as well as Yeovil was very do-able, and I'm miffed they didn't!

I stuck £100 on the group bet, and another £100 on the "57 points or better" market with Corals. I managed to recoup £175 of that by backing Danny to be appointed at 7/4 following some very well-informed info from a good poster on here who more or less told us that the deal was done.

I don't know what to think about next season - I suppose it depends on the recruitment/retention situation. My initial thoughts are that at present, we've retained too many of last season's gang with a losing mentality, so we may be a bet to under-perform!

 

Lost about £100 on these bets myself.

Next seasons too difficult to call.

Other than a Sheff Utd top 3 finish which I will back so at least I'll get something from the misery of finishing behind them all season. (please feel free to bump when I'm wrong about this prediction!!)
